- Automatic brush plate lifting system.
- Automatic squeegee lifting while reverse going.
- An automatic device that stops brushes and detergent water outflow when the machine is stationary.

- The easy access to the recovery tank allows fast cleaning and sanification of the tank.
- It has a tilting tank together with a large size drain hose and allows the complete emptying of the tank and the removal of any type of solid dirt.
- The antifoam device protects the suction motor, as well as the electronic switch floating that stops suction when the tank is full.
- The machine is equipped with actuators for the automatic lifting of the plate brush and squeegee.
- The Control panel is provided with an hour meter, speed adjustment knob detergent solution, and low-level warning light. All motors are protected by thermal breakers.
